A lot of you had been asking me what I eat and how our clients eat so I thought I would put a little blog together to help you gain a little more insight. I am going to tell you my top 5 lists which are also very close to our staff and clients lists of foods we would eat almost every day.

The rule I always go by is eat the types of foods you enjoy that make you feel good. Crap sugary foods or fake health foods will only make you feel good for a few minutes, seconds even whereas good healthy nutritious foods will make you feel great for a long period of time and keep your blood sugar levels balanced.

These foods are not part of a “diet” but more a lifestyle. I have not included cheat meals which would also be included once/twice per week.
