Which Protein Shakes Should You Use ?

There are so many protein powders out there, and people like me keep telling you that you need to eat more protein but you find it hard to eat meat, fish or eggs all the time. That’s where protein shakes can help you keep your intake where it needs to be, but how do you know which one to choose? If you’re like me and eat mainly all natural foods as many foods and try to avoid dairy (I got a food intolerance test a few months ago and dairy was very high) then I have some good info for you today. I did this quick video for you to show you my top two recommendations which are dairy free.

I see so many people going in to health shops or gyms and being overwhelmed by the amount of different protein powders and just picking up any. Hint – not all protein is created equal!! My first advice to you would be do find out if you are intolerant to dairy which my food intolerance test suggested then I recommend you are very cautious with supplements and don’t opt for whey protein shakes. Watch the video below for more info.

I hope this can help you make a more informed choice about buying any old rubbish from your gym or health shop or wherever you buy your supplements. The reason why we haven’t opened a health shop is because we would probably lose money as we care about our clients health and only want to give them supplements which they A) need and B) ones that work. We could make a lot of money selling people crap supplements as the mark up on the crap ones is so high but we are in this to change peoples lives and make them healthier not to sell them crap for a little profit. And it’s no coincidence their results reflect this.

Hope this helps you!

Adrian
